Tim Filteau Joins SemiGen as President—Aims to Leverage Full-service Capabilities in Growth Strategy

We are proud to announce the hire of our new President, Tim Filteau. Mr. Filteau is an experienced leader who has held executive-level operational positions at RF, Semiconductor, and Integrated Products companies including MACOM, Cobham PLC, and Aeroflex Metelics, in the past.

This announcement comes soon after our expansion into a new 43,000 square foot fabrication facility, formerly the Micrometrics/Aeroflex-Metelics facility in Londonderry, NH.

“I’m thrilled to be leading the charge for this unique and innovative company. My goal is for SemiGen to be recognized as the partner every RF and Microwave OEM wants at their side,” said Filteau. “In the midst of so much change and uncertainty in the industry supply chain, once we’re on an AVL, we’ll be there to support requirements from design and prototype development, assembly, and testing, while also stocking key components and bonding supplies to keep our customers moving.”

In earlier roles, Mr. Filteau was the Director of Operations of the Aerospace, Defense, and RF/Microwave business for MACOM, the Director of Operations for Cobham PLC overseeing Semiconductor Operations, and the Director of Operations leading the Semiconductor, Passive Component, and Integrated Product businesses for Aeroflex-Metelics. With substantial experience in leading business units for both semiconductor and RF/Microwave passive and active components, Mr. Filteau brings almost 20 years of insight, business development, and management skills to our growing team.

Mr. Filteau officially began the role of SemiGen’s President in January of this year and is shaping an already successful first quarter.
