SemiGen provides a module repair services for the military and commercial industry. We work with defense contractors and military bases to take system modules that have failed and repair and refurbish them to original OEM specifications. We have extensive experience in repairing oscillators, gain controllers, switches, attenuators, amplifiers, VVA’s, multi function assemblies and other RF modules.
We can do simple repairs such as sourcing and replacement of RF connectors, or more complex repairs like removal of laser welded covers to perform in circuit component replacements to bring the units back to full functionality. In most cases, we can salvage these modules and save thousands on redesign and new qualifications. We provide a complete data package and repair summary, which details the work performed and warrantees these repairs.
